The season of Advent helps prepare us for the mystery we are about at Christmas: the arrival of God with us, God made flesh. Throughout the season of Advent, we also prepare our hearts for the many ways Christ breaks into the world and draws near to us – past, present, and future. During this time, we will explore the good news that God “became flesh and made his dwelling among us” (John 1:14). The Christmas story teaches us to find and experience God in places we didn’t even know to look!
